Note: Prayer regeneration potions add +1 point every 7.2 seconds. This adds 66 points over 8 minutes. When you select the regen potion, the calculator adjusts the drain rate accordingly. This assumes you will continue to use the regen potion as it runs out.

For example - A protection prayer drains at 1 point ever 7.2 seconds, which is equal to the regen potions effect. Using the combination of a protection prayer and regen potion will result in a net drain of 0 points per second allowing you to pray indefinitely.
