Charge Water Orb is an enchantment spell used to convert an Unpowered orb into a Water orb. This orb can then be used on a Battlestaff to make a Water battlestaff.

Charge Water Orb can only be cast at the Water obelisk, found on an island in Catherby. To reach this island, you must climb a ladder in the Taverly Dungeon, close to the Fire Obelisk, just past the Black Dragons. This trip can be shortened by using two different shortcuts in the Taverly dungeon, requiring 70 and 80 Agility, respectively.

A quick method of making this trip would be the move your Player-owned house to the Taverly and make sure you have a mounted Amulet of glory. You can then cast Teleport to House, make the trip through the Taverly dungeon, teleport back to your house when finished, and then use the mounted Amulet of glory to bank in Edgeville. This process can then be repeated, requiring 2 house teleports per trip while reducing the time per trip.

A Magic level of 56 is required for this spell and it rewards 66 experience. 3 Cosmic runes and 30 Water runes are required to cast this spell. Making a Water battlestaff by using a Water orb on a Battlestaff requires 54 Crafting and gives 100 Crafting experience.
