Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Sapphire) is a spell that allows Sapphire bolts to be enchanted, making them Sapphire bolts (e) and imbuing them with a special effect called Clear Mind. Clear Mind adds a small chance to siphon some of your opponent's prayer points and give them to you. This effect only works on other players. One cast imbues up to 10 bolts.

This spell is available at Magic level 7, giving 17.5 experience. It requires 1 Cosmic rune, 1 Mind rune, and 1 Water rune to cast.
