Monster Examine is a Lunar spell that allows the player to view various information about a target monster. Upon casting, the player can view the following information about a monster:

General Information

• Combat level
• Current hitpoints
• Current Attack
• Current Defence
• Current Strength
• Current Magic
• Current Ranged
• Max hit (this doesn't account for any special attacks, etc)
• Primary attack style

Aggressive Stats (Any stats without a bonus may be left out of the interface entirely)

• Attack speed
• Attack bonus - This bonus is in the style of the monster's primary attack method. For example, if their primary attack style is Slash, then this would be their Slash bonus.
• Stab bonus
• Slash bonus
• Crush bonus
• Magic bonus
• Ranged bonus
• Strength bonus
• Ranged strength bonus
• Magic strength bonus (This is their Magic damage boost)

Defensive Stats

• Stab bonus
• Slash bonus
• Crush bonus
• Magic bonus
• Ranged bonus

Misc (Any bonus the monster doesn't have may be left out of the interface entirely)

• Whether or not the monster can be assigned for a Slayer task
• Whether the monster is a Slayer boss that can be killed for a task
• Whether the monster can is immune to poison or venom
• Whether or not it can be attacked by a cannon
• Whether or not it's vulnerable to demonbane weapons, such as the Silverlight, Darklight, and Arclight
• Whether or not it's vulnerable to dragonbane weapons, such as the Dragon hunter crossbow
• Whether or not it's a tier 1, tier 2, or tier 3 vampyre

A Magic level of 66 is required to cast this spell, giving 61 experience. It Requires 1 Cosmic rune, 1 Astral rune, and 1 Mind rune to cast.
