Like all burst spells, Shadow Burst hits up to 9 enemies within a 3x3 grid around the primary target.

When using Shadow Burst against the Abyssal Sire, there is a 50% chance to disorient it for the first phase of the fight.

As with all Ancients, Desert Treasure must be completed to use this spell.

A Magic level of 64 is required for this spell and it gives 37 experience. It requires 2 Soul runes, 2 Death runes, 4 Chaos runes, and 1 Air rune to cast.
