We've been having some issues connecting to the RuneScape servers lately, likely because of the issues with DDoS attacks. Because of these issues, the ability to fetch your skill levels on our calculators and the ability to update prices for items were both disabled. This functionality should be working now, as it seems that the connection issues have passed for now.
